Rachel is the founder and Managing Director of Intandem Communications, a York-based PR and marketing agency which she established in 2002. With a background in science and agriculture, her career has spanned promoting British grain exports, working with large construction firms, collaborating with the University of York, and partnering closely with business leaders to drive marketing success.
Rachel is also the owner of The Yorkshire Mark, a provenance brand celebrating the region’s exceptional food and drink. She is a passionate advocate for Yorkshire’s produce and businesses. In recent years, Rachel has expanded her expertise as a certified coach and Firewalking instructor. Focusing on leading her female team, her mission is to foster personal growth and create a supportive, thriving workplace culture.
